    Design and development of PCBA scheme for car air pump

    The car inflation pump is designed to solve the problem of inflating car tires, ensuring normal tire pressure and ensuring driving safety and comfort. The air pump adopts advanced PCBA solution, integrating intelligent technology and exquisite craftsmanship, with functions such as small size, intelligent digital display, preset tire pressure, dynamic measurement, etc., and is deeply loved by travelers.



    1、 Introduction to the Pump Scheme for Sedans



    The principle of the electric car air pump scheme is simple, and it automatically detects tire pressure during use. When the pressure is lower than the set value, the motor starts and pumps compressed gas into the tire through the intake pipe. When the car's air pump reaches the set upper limit of tire gas pressure, turn off the motor.



    The car air pump consists of pressure sensors, ADC chips, and related components such as the main control chip. The functional parameters of the car air pump solution are as follows:



    Display mode: LED/LCD display, measurement and setting are displayed on the same screen. (Mainly LED)



    Unit: 4, cyclic switching order PSI KPA、Bar、Kg/cm2



    Measurement range:



    3.0~150.0PSI; 20~1030KPA



    0.2~10.30Bar; 0.2~10.50Kg/cm2



    It is necessary to output different parameter requirements according to different pump movements
